The Dance Club of Lefkada (HOL) was founded in October 2016. The motivation for its creation is the love of its members for traditional dance, as well as their ever-increasing desire to share this mood with more and more people. The Group consists of experienced dancers, who (for a number of years) participate in the International Folklore Festival of Lefkada, in the cultural events of the island and have participated in many events, inside and outside Greece. He participated in “MENALEIDIA 2017 & 2018”, in Karditsa. “. At the beginning of July it organizes a Traditional dance evening with a presentation of all the dance sections and in August it participates in the International Folklore Festival of Lefkada. The Group operates the following departments: children’s (from 5 years old), adolescent, beginner adults, women and performances. It is financially supported by its members and its Board of Directors. Ms. Evangelia Douvitsa is responsible for teaching and presentation.
